I have been experiencing dropouts from this router which are only fixed by restarting the router. Frustrating. |

Even with the new firmware MBR624GU Version 6.01.30.61 which netgear claims works with 312u for Bigpond. It still doesnt work. Dont buy it no matter what. |

Initial setup doc inadequate, had to get APN No. from dodo to start. Drops out several times a day, and have to manually reboot to get it going. Avoid! |

Product is let down by Netgears failure to update firmware. On their support site they state "known issue".. have to unplug usb modem regularly as it hangs. Poor! |

Generally works well, but router sometimes loses connection to modem and takes a while to find it again unless you unplug and replug modem in. |

List of supported modems now updated for Australia. Using e220 modem. Router, on several occasions, does not find this modem when starting. |
