This is a single 10/100 LAN port device, not 4 port. Also, it does not have DynDNS client. The rest of the specs listed here seem correct.
It is a good basic modem router that connects easily and has worked reliably for me so far. I’m using it as a replacement for my former ISP-supplied modem router (a Sagem), it works equally well and delivers equal speed and reliability and works with my Wi-Fi router. Address reservation and port forwarding are supported and work as expected.
My only gripes are that it doesn’t support IPv6, but that’s not terribly surprising in a budget model like this I guess, and the lack of DynDNS support. Aside from that I’m very happy with the DSL-526B. |
