Products with SNMP outputs like most Billion
and Draytek
routers can be used with a logging tool like PRTG
to monitor website traffic.
Draytek's
Smart Monitor software for the 2820, 2950, 2955 &
VigorPro5510 series provides good logging information.
I also asked Draytek for more information about their "Bandwidth
Limiting" feature and they replied:
"The Vigor2710, Vigor2820 and Vigor2830 all have the
“Bandwidth Management >> Bandwidth Limit” function. This allows
you to limit the maximum rate of traffic flow for both uploads
and downloads from the Internet. It uses the computers IP
address to determine which computers will be restricted. However,
this can be linked to the computer MAC address by using the
“LAN >> Bind IP to MAC” function in the router. This allows
you to have a permanent IP address allocated to each computer.
The Bandwidth limit function can also be enabled according
to a time schedule.

Appliances category at the online shop for other possibilities.

with manufacturers to see if they match your requirements).
