I’ve finally completed the much request VoIP FAQ. The objective was to fill a gap between knowing nothing and knowing something so I’ve avoided getting into too much detail or anything too technical that might just cause confusion anyway. I have included a few links to other websites that do get more into the nitty gritty, but please let me know if there’s anything you think I should have included.
